A Japanese-style cod fish roll, made with cod for a clean, savoury seafood flavour and a satisfyingly springy, bouncy bite. It is an easy crowd-pleaser in the hotpot: simply drop the rolls into your broth and simmer until heated through and floating, where they soak up the soup nicely. They also pan-fry well for a lightly browned, crisp edge.
