The yuba turns soft and silky in hot broth and soaks up soup like a sponge, so each bite delivers both the juicy pork inside and a mouthful of flavour-soaked wrapper. Drop them into your hotpot and simmer until they float and plump up. 8 pcs per pack.


日式風味嘅餃子:鮮味豬肉餡並非以麵皮包裹,而係用日式腐皮(豆腐皮/湯葉),即係從豆漿表面挑起嘅幼滑薄皮。腐皮一落熱湯就變得軟滑,更似海綿般吸盡湯汁,每一啖既有多汁豬肉餡,亦有一口吸滿湯味嘅腐皮。打邊爐時放入湯底煮至浮起、脹身即可。每包 8 隻。
