Sliced noodles are shaved straight off a block of dough with a sharp knife — a technique that takes a steady hand and real skill. The result is thick, wide noodles that are chewy, springy and satisfyingly doughy, with an uneven hand-cut shape that gives them their rustic, artisan character and helps them grip a broth. Drop them into your hotpot once the soup is full-flavoured, or serve in a hot noodle soup or a quick stir-fry. 180g per pack.


刀削麵係師傅用利刀直接喺麵團上一刀刀削出,講究手勢同功夫。削出嚟嘅麵身厚而闊,口感煙韌彈牙、麵味十足,加上手工削切嘅不規則形狀,更顯樸實工藝感,亦更掛得住湯汁。打邊爐時等湯底夠味就落鑊,亦可整成熱湯麵或快手炒麵。每包 180 克。
