木瓜1個 -

眉豆2両
粟米1條
紅棗4粒
陳皮2塊 -

豬腱半斤 -

水2公升
鹽適量
做法
花生及眉豆浸水1小時,陳皮浸軟、刮瓤,大棗洗淨備用。
木瓜去皮、刮瓤去籽,切件;粟米切塊備用。
冷水連豬腱放入鍋,加酒,汆水10分鐘後盛起,備用。
所有材料連水下鍋,大火煲滾後轉小火煲2小時,加鹽調味即成。
