Delivery Scheduling & Contact
Please note that specific delivery timeslots cannot be pre-selected for any area. However, according to SF Express standard operating procedures, the courier will generally contact the receiver via phone prior to arrival to confirm your availability. We recommend staying reachable via the contact number provided during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
To keep you informed, iBuddies will send a specialized tracking link to you via WhatsApp approximately 1-2 days before your chosen delivery date. By clicking this link, you can check the real-time status and progress of your parcel directly on the SF Express official website.

Important Notice
- If you require a change of delivery date after placing an order, you must notify iBuddies 2 days before the delivery date, if a sudden change is needed, $100 handling fee will be charged and must be paid before delivery
- If our delivery team is unable to contact you or there is no one at the confirmed address during the "designated delivery timeslots", we will leave the packages at the doors of the delivery address or at Security (if applicable), if you require rescheduling of delivery $100 handling fee will be charged.
- The delivery date for each order can only be changed once
- Orders can be canceled 2 working days before original delivery date, $100 handling fee will be charged. If you need to cancel order within 2 working days before delivery date, no refund will be provided.
