Delivery information
Standard delivery fees
Orders of HK$800 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders below HK$800 incur a delivery fee of HK$80. The qualifying order total is calculated after coupons, vouchers, iBucks and other discounts. Eligible promotions may have separate delivery terms, as shown at checkout.
Delivery service and timing
iBuddies uses SF Express Cold Chain Service for local deliveries. Specific delivery timeslots cannot be selected. The courier will generally call before arrival, so please keep the contact number provided at checkout reachable and arrange for someone to receive your order.
Order tracking
iBuddies will send your tracking link through WhatsApp approximately 1–2 days before your chosen delivery date. Use the link to check your parcel's progress on the official SF Express website.
Order cut-off times
Please place and confirm your order before the cut-off time for your delivery date.

Changes to your delivery
If you need to change your delivery details, please contact iBuddies. If you request a change of delivery address on the delivery day, a HK$100 handling fee may apply. This fee is not automatically charged for every change.
If you cannot receive your order
SF Express normally contacts the recipient before delivery. Goods will only be left at your door if you have confirmed that this is acceptable.
If the courier cannot contact you, receives no answer and does not receive a return call, the goods will not be delivered. They will be returned to the central warehouse, and SF Express will communicate with you to arrange a later delivery attempt. This may be the following day, but next-day redelivery is not guaranteed.
Weather and holidays
Delivery is suspended while a Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is in force. SF Express may contact you to arrange another delivery date. Delivery schedules may also change around public holidays and busy festive periods; please check the announcements on our website.
Alcohol orders
Customers ordering alcoholic drinks must be aged 18 or above. Orders containing alcohol must be received by someone aged 18 or above. If no eligible adult is present, iBuddies may withdraw the goods and terminate the transaction or arrange delivery for another date when an eligible adult is available.
