How are shipping costs calculated?

You can enjoy free delivery service when you purchase up to HK $800 in your total bill. For orders under HK $800, a delivery charge of HK $50 will be applied to your order. The total bill amount is based on the deduction of shopping coupons, shopping coupons, iBuck rebates and other discounts.

 

Cut-off time

In order for to deliver the goods ordered to you on time, we encourage advance orders. Please refer to the following table for order cut-off times and delivery dates.

When we receive your confirmation of order on theplatform before the cut-off time, we will be able to arrange delivery of your goods to your home as scheduled.

 

Do I need to sign a product package?

To protect the interest of our customers, we require customers to verify their identities and to sign off the package. Upon receipt of items, we require your signature representing that responsibility of purchased goods have been transferred to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, then you accept that the signature by the recipient is an evidence of delivery and fulfilment by. In order to protect your interests, deliveries cannot be signed by security staff at your abode.

 

What should I do if I am not at home when the package is delivered?

Our delivery staff will usually call you about an hour before the delivery, ensuring that someone will be home to receive the products. If you are not available to sign off your order, our delivery staff shall leave you a contact card. Please contact our delivery staff to arrange redelivery. If we cannot deliver the package or contact you after 3 attempts, we will not arrange delivery again and will not refund.

 

Delivery arrangements for inclement weather

Delivery will be suspended if the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted. will contact you to reschedule the delivery date.

Holiday delivery delays

Please understand that during special seasonal days and festivals (such as Christmas, Lunar New Year, etc.) the delivery staff will be very busy thus delivery service schedules may be adjusted. is grateful for your kind patience. 

Purchase of Alcoholic Drinks

Hong Kong laws prohibit the sale of alcoholic drinks to persons under 18 years of age. By processing any alcoholic orders through , the User is confirming that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years or older and have the legal right to purchase them. Customers must ensure that any non-qualified person cannot use the customer's web site to log in to buy alcoholic beverages. In the case of alcoholic beverages in the order, the delivery receipt must be signed by a person aged 18 or above. If none of the above persons is present, reserves the right to withdraw the goods and terminate the transaction or reschedule the delivery to another date when a legal adult is available to receive the goods.

 

Delivery address change

Please make sure the shipping address is correct before you confirm your order with the   system. If there is change to your shipping address, please update your address in the database and contact to confirm amendment.
If delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of the Company or not.
