How to Make

Steam Lobster Tail

Thaw lobster tail if frozen. Place in a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam for 8–10 minutes until the shell turns bright red and the meat is fully opaque. Cool slightly, then cut the shell lengthwise and extract the lobster meat. Check for shell fragments.

Cook Cauliflower

Add cauliflower florets and 200ml water to a saucepan. Simmer for 10–12 minutes until cauliflower is completely soft. Reserve cooking liquid.

Blend

Blend lobster meat, cooked cauliflower, and 3–4 tablespoons of cooking liquid until completely smooth and creamy. Add breast milk if needed to adjust consistency.

Cool & Serve

Cool to a safe temperature. Offer 2–3 tablespoons to start. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Do not freeze this purée once made.
