豉汁蒸銀鱈魚扒食譜
材料
:
銀鱈魚扒 4 塊
鹽和黑胡椒適量
薑絲 1 大匙
青蔥(切碎)適量
紅辣椒(去籽切碎)1 條
蒜頭(切碎)2 瓣
豆豉醬 適量
步驟
:
將銀鱈魚扒洗淨,抹上鹽和黑胡椒調味,備用。
在蒸盤中鋪上薑絲和一些青蔥,放上銀鱈魚扒,再放上紅辣椒和蒜頭。
在碗中混合豆豉醬、米酒、攪拌均勻,成為豉汁醬汁。
將豉汁醬汁均勻地倒在銀鱈魚扒上。
將蒸盤放入蒸鍋中,蒸 8 分鐘,或直到魚肉變白。
取出蒸好的銀鱈魚扒,灑上青蔥即可食用。
