黑糖薑汁鱈魚膠配 台灣芋圓
材料
大西洋鱈魚膠
(預先發好)
適量
台灣三色芋圓
適量
薑片
適量
黑糖
適量
先將已發好的鱈魚膠用薑水飛水 ,備用。
用另外一個煲將黑糖和薑片以一份糖一份水的比例煮融 ,然後把鱈魚膠放入黑糖薑糖水中,備用。
燒滾水將台灣三色芋圓 煮熟。煮熟後放入冰水,芋圓會更加煙韌
最後上碟先在碗底放少許碎冰然後加上三色芋圓, 再將之前浸好的黑糖薑汁鱈魚膠放在芋圓面, 然後加上適量黑薑糖水, 即可品嚐
