White peaches from Aomori, the far north of Japan's peach country, packed in the white 特秀 box. Each fruit is graded, sleeved in its own foam net and laid in a single layer, thirteen to a box. The skin carries a deep pink blush over a cream ground; the flesh is fine-grained and pale, juicy enough that most people eat them over a plate. Air-flown chilled.
日本青森縣出品嘅白盒特秀級水蜜桃。青森喺日本桃產區最北，一箱 13 隻，隻隻逐個分級、獨立網套、單層排好落盒。皮色粉紅帶紅暈，肉質細嫩幼滑，汁水多到多數人都要就住個碟食。空運冷藏直送。
點食最好 How to enjoy
- 🍑 等軟身 Let it soften｜啱到手可能仲偏硬，室溫放一兩日，聞到香、輕撳有少少軟即可。If they arrive firm, leave them at room temperature for a day or two until fragrant and slightly yielding.
- ❄️ 食前凍一凍 Chill before serving｜食前放雪櫃一至兩個鐘，凍啱啱好最香甜。One to two hours in the fridge before serving, no longer.
- 🔪 連皮定去皮 Skin on or off｜沿住條坑轉一圈切開，扭開去核；熟透嘅話手撕都撕到皮。Cut around the cleft, twist apart and lift the stone. When fully ripe the skin peels by hand.
