Inaniwa udon is counted among the three great udon of Japan, and our "Shinuchi" variety lives up to the name. Each strand is hand-stretched, kneaded and aged, leaving the noodles noticeably thinner than ordinary udon and beautifully smooth and silky on the bite. They soak up broth without turning soft, which makes them a natural finish to a hotpot once the meats and vegetables are done. Equally good in a hot soup bowl or chilled as a summer noodle. 250g x 5 per pack.
稻庭烏冬乃日本三大烏冬之一,而我哋呢款「真打」絕對名副其實。每條麵都係人手拉製、反覆揉麵再加以熟成,麵身比一般烏冬明顯幼身,口感格外滑溜爽韌。麵條吸湯之餘唔易腍,最啱打邊爐尾聲,肉類同蔬菜食得差唔多就落鑊收尾。做熱湯烏冬一樣出色,夏天整成冷麵亦相當醒胃。每包 250 克 x 5。
